Jollylook Camera Bag

Shipping and delivery

Jollylook ships orders from its US or European fulfillment locations, depending on the destination and stock availability. Processing and delivery times vary by product, destination and shipping service. Please check availability and the shipping options shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

For information about processing, tracking, possible delays and international customs charges, see our Shipping Policy. If your order contains a pre-order or an item that is not currently in stock, check the product's latest availability information and contact us if you have questions.

Returns and refunds

To request a return or report an issue, email hello@jollylook.com with your order information before sending anything back. Return periods, eligibility, exclusions, shipping costs and refund processing are governed by our Refund Policy.

Please do not ship a return without first contacting us and receiving instructions. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know so we can review the issue.

At Jollylook, we care about thoughtful product design and material choices. Many of our camera kits and mechanical models use wooden components.

Our mechanical pinhole cameras and standalone Instax film development units work without batteries. Other Jollylook products may use electronic components or require power, so materials and power requirements vary by product.

For accurate details, please check the materials, assembly requirements and technical specifications on each product page.
