How does it work?

- Pick a photo on your phone
- Position EYE on the phone screen
- Scale the photo to the desired size
- Spin the shutter release knob
- Spin the development knob to extract the photo

Please allow 10 days for your order to arrive. We ship the products from one of our warehouses in the USA or Europe, depending on delivery address and stock availability. This means sometimes you have to wait a little longer to get your order but it's always worth it!
Returns are easy, simply contact us for a return and send your item to us. Be sure to specify the country of origin is SK (Slovakia) and make it clear on the invoice that it’s returned for repair.
We'll get you a replacement or refund in a snap!

The concept is good, but the execution poor. The film does not get evenly developed. The corners farthest away from the pouch containing the developer do not get developed. Also, how many “clicks” it takes to expose the film correctly, is a guessing game. 1 is too few. 2 is likely also too few. 3 may cut it, depending on how much backlight there is on the screen. You must obviously not move anything if you need to turn the shutter knob more than once, or you get a blurry double exposure. I suppose you could learn how to expose correctly, but there seems to be no way around the poorly developed film.

I waited for a very long time for this device from Kickstarter. Out of my first roll of film, I only got 1 .
UPDATE: After contacting Jollylook and explained a shutter issue, they promptly sent me another. And it works GREAT! Be sure to brighten your phone to full brightness. Customer service was quick and easy. They shipped it and it was fast. And the pictures off my cell phone came out great. I love this device!
A ++ for the whole experience. They were also very caring. 😉
