Delivery & Returns

Please allow 10 days for your order to arrive. We ship the products from one of our warehouses in the USA or Europe, depending on delivery address and stock availability. This means sometimes you have to wait a little longer to get your order but it's always worth it!

Returns are easy, simply contact us for a return and send your item to us. Be sure to specify the country of origin is SK (Slovakia) and make it clear on the invoice that it’s returned for repair. 

We'll get you a replacement or refund in a snap!

Awful experience

The product is okay but the whole ordering experience was a mess. I was part of the Kickstarter. It took nearly a half DECADE to get something from Jolly. Don't recommend.

We completely understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for the long wait.

Our team has faced immense challenges, including enduring a war in Ukraine, occupation, relocating to a new country, starting production from scratch, and building a new team. Unfortunately, these were circumstances we couldn't foresee or plan for. Despite all of this, we never gave up, and never left you empty-handed. Our team did everything possible to deliver a product you are satisfied with. We continue to fight and keep our promises. We are deeply grateful to those who have supported us with understanding.
