Please allow 10 days for your order to arrive. We ship the products from one of our warehouses in the USA or Europe, depending on delivery address and stock availability. This means sometimes you have to wait a little longer to get your order but it's always worth it!

Returns are easy, simply contact us for a return and send your item to us. Be sure to specify the country of origin is SK (Slovakia) and make it clear on the invoice that it’s returned for repair.

Pretty sure I got scammed

Like the other reviewers, I put in an order for this product back in June 2025 with a delivery date of August that has continually pushed back without any solid update.

Thank you for sharing your concern, I completely understand why the delays feel unacceptable, and I’m very sorry for the stress and frustration this has caused.

I want to reassure you that you have not been scammed. Your order is real, and the product is in production. The delays were caused by technical challenges and our transition to MJF manufacturing for higher precision, which unfortunately took much longer than expected. That said, you are absolutely right that our communication should have been clearer and more consistent, and we take responsibility for that.

We are now in the final stage of production for the RB67 backs. The updated bodies are currently being printed, after which we move directly into assembly and shipping.

Don't give them your money

Absolutely ridiculous delays with an absurd lack of communication. I don't think they know what they're doing. They must be in over their head and can't actually produce what was promised. Since August it has been excuse after excuse. They push back the ship date on the project tracking page but don't update the main order page so the main order page shows an incorrect estimated shipping date. Probably because they're trying to get more sales to fund the **** show that they've created for themselves. They haven't even shown a video of themselves using the "new" and "improved" designs. Everything on social media is half a year old and many design change iterations old.

The delays have been the result of ongoing technical challenges and the transition to higher-precision MJF production, which took significantly longer than we initially anticipated. We are now in the final stage of production: the redesigned RB67 bodies are currently being printed, and after that we will move to assembly and shipping. We expect to begin shipping in December 2025.

We understand how discouraging the wait has been, but please know that we are producing the product and have not abandoned the project. SCAM ALERT DO NOT BUY

I ordered mine in August and I had a friend order hers in June. It will be December of next month and they have continued to push back the shipping date…. They cannot even give you a definite tracking number or a definite date of when They will ship items . And when they do post a shipping date it changes. Every. Single. Month. They knew they didn’t have the capabilities to put this off yet Still allowed people to place orders…. The phone number on their website does not work. They do not answer emails…. This was 100% a scam…. Get your money back while you still can!

At this point imma just ask for a refund and I recommend y'all do the same , cause at this point we are loaning this company money with no return in investment.
