Please allow 10 days for your order to arrive. We ship the products from one of our warehouses in the USA or Europe, depending on delivery address and stock availability. This means sometimes you have to wait a little longer to get your order but it's always worth it!

Returns are easy, simply contact us for a return and send your item to us. Be sure to specify the country of origin is SK (Slovakia) and make it clear on the invoice that it’s returned for repair. 

We'll get you a replacement or refund in a snap!

the films are always on next week shipment to them that's why they delayed my order and the refunds promised, never refunded. And now, nobody dares to email back nor answer me on their onsite chat function! not even in Kickstarter!! Do not buy from them or change your Kickstarter options to online store items. useless!

We are truly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this has caused you. Your entire order was sent, except for the film pack, which unfortunately was out of stock at the time. You mentioned that receiving your order as soon as possible was important, so we prioritized shipping what we could.

We tried to process your refund through our website, but since the system marked your order as fulfilled, the refund attempts were unsuccessful. I can send you screenshots of these failed attempts for transparency.
After exploring the best solution, we decided to process your refund through PayPal, and it is now in progress. We sincerely apologize again for the delays and hope to resolve this as quickly as possible.

We appologise for the inconvinience and late delivery. You order was shipped from Europe because we were out of stock in the US.

According to the tracking link it has been delivered on september 29th.
