Hello to All the Beautiful People of our Big Jollylook Community!

We hope this update finds you in good health and high spirits.

First and foremost, we want to express our deepest gratitude for your unwavering support and faith in Jollylook. Your backing means the world to us.

We also sincerely apologize for the long delay in updates. Unfortunately, the news we have to share is not very pleasant.

Most importantly, we are not abandoning or canceling the project, but we are compelled to pause the production of Jollylook Auto, looking forward to better times. 

At this stage, here is where we stand: we have all the necessary components, including handles, shutters, and lenses.

All the parts we need, we already have in 3.000 pieces. The only parts we have not ordered yet are the electronics and the metal rails. 

We have already found an excellent metal rail manufacturer here in Slovakia, who meets our quality and price requirements. We received the first sample and are very satisfied with it. 

Unfortunately, at this point, we do not have the funds to place the order for the electronics, due to a huge drop in sales since April, as we have not achieved the sales we had hoped for with the DIY kits. Additionally, we regularly encounter challenges associated with conducting business in a new country. The company has been through tough times, and now, during the summer season, we are experiencing a significant downturn in sales.

We aim to resume the assembly of the Jollylook Auto in January. We understand how frustrating this situation is, so we offer the option to switch your pledge to any other product on our website, which can be shipped immediately.

To accommodate this, we're offering alternative products, such as the Jollylook Pinhole Mini or SQUARE DIY Kits and Jollylook EYE, as well as frames and different accessories. Please complete this Google form here to get an alternative instead of waiting longer.

Your tremendous support during these challenging times has been the lifeblood of this project, and we can't thank you enough.

We remain optimistic about the future of Jollylook and continue to do our best to succeed, no matter what.
