Thank you all so much for the massive support we received.
During the past two weeks, we have been preparing everything for mass production. And we are super excited to share our progress with you.
We have already prepared the materials for the first batch, and the laser cutting machine that we have is cutting the parts every day:
Great news! Two more laser cutting machines are already ordered and should be delivered to us within the next 15 days. So very soon, we will be able to scale the manufacturing.
Then cut parts are placed in boxes for further quality control before we pack them into paper bags and the final boxes. To make the assembly process more straightforward, we divided the kit into seven paper bags with parts. Here is a glance at what you will get in the package:
We have also been preparing the bellows. This process is quite time-consuming, as they are genuinely handcrafted.
First, the bellows are assembled and glued into cones.

We have also been working on the box design, and this was the first draft we created:

We continue working on the animated video instructions for assembly, but each kit will also include paper assembly instructions. Here is a glance at the prototype:
All of the above means we are on track and should be able to start shipping the rewards in October as promised.
