  • ▶ How to develop the photo properly?

It is necessary to develop the photo properly. Since the development is done manually, we highly recommend spinning the crank slowly and evenly, especially as you reach the final stages when the film comes out.

  • ▶ Why is my photo too dark?

A dark photo means that it is underexposed. It's essential to calculate the exposure time accurately. If you are taking photos indoors with tinted windows, getting a good photo may take 30-40 minutes of exposure. For best results, we recommend taking the first photos outdoors, in good lighting conditions.
Also, we recommend reading this tutorial to ensure proper exposure.
To help you calculate the exposure time, we have created an exposure calculator that you can find on the rear cover of your camera. Watch this video where we explain how to use it.

  • ▶ Why is my photo too white?

If your photo is too white, it is overexposed. In this case, you should reduce the exposure time. Our eyes are great at automatically adjusting to the sun’s blazing light, but our cameras are not quite as adept.
Firstly, we recommend reading this tutorial to ensure proper exposure.
To help you calculate the exposure time, we have created a special exposure calculator that you can find on the rear cover of your camera.
Here, you can watch the video where we explain how to use it.

The Assembly Process

During assembly, wooden parts are fitted together. Since wood is not metal and can vary slightly in thickness, the parts can be lightly sanded with the included sandpaper to ensure easier assembly and a better fit between components.
